Intelassist's continuous growth and success was brought about by his leadership and his ability to find the right partners and expand its service offerings to different verticals. In his free time, he enjoys mountain biking on different trails in Northern California.

Annabelle Maruquez


As Chief Financial Officer, Annabelle’s extensive knowledge and experience in finance and budget planning has elevated Intelassist to its high-level of self-sustainability. With a focus on crafting well-thought-out strategies that safeguard the company’s financial interests, she has kept Intelassist away from any high financial risks.
Not limited to her financial expertise, she also prioritizes keeping Intelassist's stakeholders' best interests at heart. Annabelle leaves her door open for inexperienced employees seeking career advice. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, traveling, and taking photos of people and nature.

Lawrence Maruquez

VP and Managing Partner

As VP and Managing Partner of Intelassist, Lawrence brings 18 years of business process outsourcing (BPO) experience, collaborating with global and Fortune companies, and 3 years of experience in sales and customer service.
His expertise has played a fundamental role in building Intelassist in the Philippines from the ground up. Lawrence has led successful campaigns for clients operating within oil and gas, manufacturing, healthcare, insurance, and real estate. He is an active member in multiple chambers of commerce. Lawrence likes to spend time outdoors and on beach trips with his family.

Dino Maruquez

VP of Human Resources

Dedicated to creating a robust corporate culture that promotes continuous business growth, as the VP of Human Resources, Dino brings over a decade of experience in the field. 

Dino is a powerful force in the workplace and uses his positive energy to encourage others to work hard and succeed.

Erick Alfonso

Principal Architect

As Principal Architect, Erick brings nearly two decades of experience in master planning and architecture with master planning projects spanning across the Philippines and the Middle East. He has designed and conceptualized approximately 50,000 hectares of mixed-use development, socialized housing, and hospitality services. 
Erick has also served as a college instructor for Miriam College, teaching AutoCAD, urban design, and green spaces. Since 2007, Erick has been a proud member of United Architects of the Philippines.

Vinna Alfonso

Managing Partner

With 16 years of solid work experience in urban and regional planning, Vinna has been leading a group of data analysts, engineers, architects, and estimators for Intelassist’s manufacturing and architectural clients for more than a decade.
Her talent has allowed her to work with the top architectural and planning firms in the Philippines, handling projects such as planning cities, municipalities and provinces all over the country. Vinna loves spending time with her two kids during her free time.

Ken Compton


As Chairman, Ken brings more than 50 years of business experience to the team. Ken’s diverse background includes a distinguished career in manufacturing, procurement, sales, and operations among other leadership positions. Ken was the CEO of a publicly traded lending platform with over 3,000 storefront locations and 5,000 employees throughout the US. Ken’s steady leadership and strategic guidance ensures Intelassist continually exceeds our clients’ expectations.

Will Compton

VP of Business Development

As the Vice President of Business Development, Will brings 20+ years of proven business experience to the Intelassist team. Will’s diverse background includes a career in the automotive industry in Detroit, leading the development of over $200M of hospitality assets along the East Coast and serving as the financial steward overseeing $300M in premiums while working for a prominent insurance brokerage in the Pacific Northwest. In his free time, you can find Will in the mountains, on the trails or at the rivers throughout Washington State.

Chris Stokes

VP of Client Success

As the Vice President of Client Success, Chris brings over 15 years of experience working with a diverse range of businesses including engineering, utilities, marketing, lending, and healthcare. Throughout his career, Chris has led the formation of businesses and product lines from inception to maturity. Chris holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering and a Master’s in Business Administration from the University of South Carolina. In his free time, he enjoys spending time outdoors fishing and hunting with friends and family.
