Average Duration: 1 week

The Discovery Phase is a comprehensive analysis designed to understand your specific requirements, laying the groundwork for a successful partnership. This phase focuses on:

  • Defining the ideal candidate profile, encompassing qualifications, skills, and experience needed for the role.
  • Outlining working schedules and specific activities required for the position(s).
  • Establishing communication preferences to ensure smooth and effective interaction.
  • Setting measurable goals and KPIs that align with your business objectives.

Backed by our experience working on a wide range of projects, from small residential buildings to large commercial structures and industrial facilities, we offer a comprehensive suite of CAD drafting services that covers:

  • Architectural drafting: Our team can create accurate and detailed architectural drawings for both interior and exterior spaces, ensuring that every design aspect is captured.

  • Mechanical drafting: We have the expertise to provide precise and comprehensive mechanical drawings, including assembly drawings, part drawings, and installation drawings, among others.

  • Electrical drafting: Our team can create detailed electrical schematics and layouts for power and lighting systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.

  • Structural drafting: We can provide accurate and detailed structural drawings that include foundation plans, framing plans, and structural steel detailing.

Once the ideal candidate profile has been identified, we formalize our collaboration with a Partnership Agreement. This agreement outlines the terms and conditions of our partnership, detailing the roles and responsibilities of each party, confidentiality and data protection protocols, and the agreed-upon KPIs. Our goal is to clearly define all aspects of the partnership, ensuring a transparent and mutually beneficial relationship.

Average Duration: 2-3 weeks (depending on role)

With a solid understanding of your needs, we transition into the Recruitment Process. Our team manages the end-to-end recruitment, including screening, interviewing, and assessing candidates based on the criteria we established together. While we encourage active participation from our clients, you have the flexibility to choose the level of involvement that suits you best. This phase includes:

  • Utilizing skill-based assessments to accurately gauge candidate suitability.
  • Conducting in-depth interviews with at least two recruiters to ensure a thorough evaluation.
  • Sharing resumes, introducing team leads, and facilitating direct conversations with candidates to assess cultural and organizational fit.
  • Leveraging AI tools for interview recording and transcription to capture and analyze key insights.
  • Offering detailed feedback to ensure the best match for your organization.

Average Duration: 2-4 weeks (depending on role)

Once the partnership agreement is fully executed, we move into the Onboarding & Training phase, facilitating a seamless onboarding experience by introducing new hires to your company’s culture, processes, and expectations. Onboarding and training take place onsite in our Manila office, where the team benefits from direct supervision and support from a dedicated operations team.

After completing the onboarding process, the candidates officially start working with your team. The first few weeks are focused on intensive training, allowing them to fully grasp their role and responsibilities while still receiving guidance and support. Our structured approach ensures that your new hires are well-prepared and seamlessly integrated into your operations:

  • Client-Led Training: Initial job-specific training conducted in close collaboration with your team to ensure alignment.
  • SOP Documentation: Intelassist can provide SOP writers to document training procedures at no additional cost.
  • Knowledge Transfer: After training, we take over to ensure consistent performance and seamless integration.
  • Proficiency Testing: Refining methods and content as needed before fully going live.

Average Duration: Ongoing for the duration of the partnership
