Once the partnership agreement is fully executed, we move into the Onboarding & Training phase, facilitating a seamless onboarding experience by introducing new hires to your company’s culture, processes, and expectations. Onboarding and training take place onsite in our Manila office, where the team benefits from direct supervision and support from a dedicated operations team.
After completing the onboarding process, the candidates officially start working with your team. The first few weeks are focused on intensive training, allowing them to fully grasp their role and responsibilities while still receiving guidance and support. Our structured approach ensures that your new hires are well-prepared and seamlessly integrated into your operations:
- Client-Led Training: Initial job-specific training conducted in close collaboration with your team to ensure alignment.
- SOP Documentation: Intelassist can provide SOP writers to document training procedures at no additional cost.
- Knowledge Transfer: After training, we take over to ensure consistent performance and seamless integration.
- Proficiency Testing: Refining methods and content as needed before fully going live.
